Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include wedding photography, videography, and related creative services.

2. Booking and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
• Final payment is due 7 days before the event
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Additional charges may apply for travel beyond 50km

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 60+ days before: 25% of total fee retained
• Cancellations 30-59 days before: 50% of total fee retained
• Cancellations less than 30 days: 100% of total fee retained
• Force majeure events will be handled case by case

4. Delivery and Copyright

• Edited photos delivered within 4-6 weeks
• Copyright remains with The Weddings Chapter
• Clients receive usage rights for personal use
• Commercial use requires written permission

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect service delivery.
